# Shorter Loop > Shorter Loop is a Product Integrity System. It works from one thesis: > most product bets are wrong, and the only question is what it costs to > find out. Product integrity is the ability to pull on any meaningful > bet and still find the evidence, claims, decisions and outcomes that > justify it, with their actual standing intact. The test is a > stranger's test — hand someone the written record, point at anything > being built, and ask them to reconstruct why it exists and what it > assumes. Shorter Loop covers the work a product team does end to end: strategy and objectives, continuous discovery, roadmapping, prioritisation, customer feedback, and delivery. These sit in one connected graph, so a roadmap item names the objective it serves, the claims it rests on, and the evidence behind each claim. Every artifact in the system — opportunity, objective, solution, experiment, persona, pain point, idea, roadmap item, and any document a team imports — is decomposed into claims. Each claim carries a state: claimed, unsupported, corroborated, or contradicted. States are derived strictly from accepted evidence links, never from model opinion, and are recomputed as new information arrives — so a decision that was corroborated last quarter shows as contradicted once something later cuts against it. Sage is the reasoning layer (Socratic Analysis Grounded in Evidence). Sage turns artifacts into claims and the evidence behind them — what a customer said, what was decided, what an experiment showed, what shipped — then keeps testing whether those claims still hold, backing the bets that survive and challenging the ones that stop holding, while they are still cheap to change. Sage names specific failure modes from a 52-mode catalogue of product decision failures and cites the evidence for each. It never scores a roadmap: no composite number, no grade, no percentage. It declines to answer when the evidence is thin, and marks any turn where reasoning runs past firm evidence. Built for CPOs, VPs of Product, and the product managers who do the daily work. Priced per product at $399/month billed annually, with unlimited seats — no per-seat charge for engineers, designers, or anyone else who needs to see the reasoning. EU data residency and SSO included. Customer data is never used to train models, is exportable at any time, and is deleted on request. ## Product integrity - [What product integrity means](https://shorterloop.com/product-integrity): the definition, the three tests a decision has to pass, and how reasoning comes apart between tools - [Product management](https://shorterloop.com/product-management): the six decisions the job turns on, under a board's harder questions - [How product decisions fail](https://shorterloop.com/failure-ontology): the 52 named failure modes, in nine clusters, with a live scanner that reads a document and names the modes it carries - [Where they fail structurally](https://shorterloop.com/org-chart): the same failures built into the org chart rather than any one person ## Product - [Sage](https://shorterloop.com/sage): the reasoning layer — how it grounds claims in evidence, where it refuses, and what it will not do - [Pricing](https://shorterloop.com/pricing): per product, unlimited seats, one published price - [Choosing the right tool](https://shorterloop.com/compare): an honest read on where Shorter Loop fits and where it does not ## Capabilities - [Strategy](https://shorterloop.com/capabilities/strategize): themes, objectives, key results, and the trace from an objective to what ships - [Discovery](https://shorterloop.com/capabilities/discover): opportunities, personas, assumptions, experiments, hypothesis validation - [Roadmap](https://shorterloop.com/capabilities/roadmap): roadmaps where every item names its objective and the evidence behind it - [Delivery](https://shorterloop.com/capabilities/deliver): backlog, prioritisation, epics and stories, releases, two-way Jira sync - [Feedback](https://shorterloop.com/capabilities/feedback): feedback portals, clustering into opportunities, ideas and pain points - [Collaboration](https://shorterloop.com/capabilities/collaboration): documentation and whiteboards - [Integrations](https://shorterloop.com/capabilities/integrations): a product's evidence lives in the tools the team already uses, plus REST API and webhooks ## Company - [About Shorter Loop](https://shorterloop.com/about-us) - [Security](https://shorterloop.com/security) - [The Product Mindset](https://shorterloop.com/blog): writing on product decisions under uncertainty - [White papers](https://shorterloop.com/white-papers) - [Guides and templates](https://shorterloop.com/guides) - [Labs](https://shorterloop.com/labs): free tools ## More - [Full context for AI systems](https://shorterloop.com/llms-full.txt)
