We're early, and we're choosing a few teams to build this with.

A short list of product teams who feel the problem we're solving, will use this for real, and will tell us the truth — in exchange for the product at a fraction of its price and a direct line to the people building it.

Why we'd rather have ten of you than a hundred customers.

We're early. The product is good and it isn't finished, and the fastest way to make it genuinely useful is to build it alongside a few teams who live the problem every day. So we'd rather spend this year with ten teams who'll shape it than sell it to a hundred who won't.

You get it cheap, and you get us. We get someone who'll tell us where it's wrong before we've built the wrong thing twice. That's the whole trade — we need you about as much as you need us.

What we give depends on what you give.

What you get scales with what you put in, and we'd rather say that plainly than hand everyone the same deal and call it fair.

A written case study, once you've got results worth writing about, earns you around half off.

Deep involvement — regular feedback, sitting with us while we shape the roadmap — can make it free for your first year.

Warm introductions to teams and networks who'd benefit earn you the best terms we offer.

Any of this starts as a conversation about what you're up for, and we'll be straight about what it's worth to us.
