It starts with this hierarchy - Objective -> Opportunity -> Solutions -> Experiments. Objectives could be organisation-wide objectives or department or sub-department-level objectives. Objectives can be weighted as High, Medium and Low. To achieve the objective we identify the opportunities and prioritize them based on spread and intensity, and to achieve the Opportunity we devise solutions and prioritize this as per the RICE framework and do experiments to gather insights into which solutions will improve customer experience and improve the revenue of the company. Finally create work items from Solutions to move from strategy to execution (development) and prioritize the work items - i.e. epic, features as per effort and value matrix.
