Pricing

Per-seat pricing is a tax on collaboration. So we don't do it.

Most pricing pages are built like a game.

Three tiers. The middle one is priced to feel “reasonable.” The top one exists mostly to make the middle one look like a no-brainer. The bottom one is deliberately crippled so you feel the pain of what you’re missing. Features are held back not because they’re expensive to build, but because the model requires artificial scarcity.

We got tired of participating in that.

We charge one price. You get everything. No one has to play “which tier are we on this quarter?” No one has to justify why the person who actually uses the tool can’t have access. No one has to do the math on whether the feature they need is locked behind the plan they can’t quite afford yet.

It’s simpler for us. It’s cleaner for you. And it removes one more layer of theater between a team and the tool they’re trying to use.

Same reason it's $400 and not $399. Shaving a dollar so the left digit reads lower is the same game in miniature. We just tell you the number.

The Rule

If we build it once and you use it forever, it's included.

If it costs us every month to give you — a person, a guarantee, dedicated infrastructure — that's the only thing that's extra. Everything else is yours. Here's the part most tools would charge you for:

Strategize
Where you decide what's actually worth building. Opportunities, solutions, experiments to prove them out before you commit. We included it because without this you cannot succeed.
Roadmaps
You've got stakeholders. Align them with evidence-backed, objective-oriented roadmaps instead of the loudest opinion in the room.
Product discovery
You want to find the right problem before you build the wrong solution, don't you? Of course you do. So full discovery suit is included.
Feedback
You have customers (we hope). Then every bit of this - segments, feedback portals, feedback integrations - matters to you. Which is why it is included in your plan.
Deliver
Facilitate true iterative and incremental delivery with Story Maps, Versions, and Releases. Integrate easily with your delivery management tools like Jira, Github and Linear
Integrations
Now here's where you brace for it — "native's free, the rest is a paid add-on," right? No. Every connector we build — Jira, Azure DevOps, Linear, HubSpot — is in. All yours for no extra charge.
SSO
Everyone charges for this one. It's the classic "talk to sales" feature. Build it once, costs us nothing to run — so it's included.
EU data residency
Your data lives in Frankfurt. By default. For everyone. The banks charge extra for this; we host there anyway. Take it.

…and documents, whiteboards, dashboards, the collaborative notes. Yes, those too. We got tired of typing "included." All of it — for everyone on your team, at the one price above.

What counts as one "product"?

A product is something with one vision, one business model, and one shared body of product data. It may have several teams, modules, or workstreams.

Products are access boundaries, not walls. Give someone access to one product and that's all they see — useful when an engineer works on payments and you'd rather they didn't browse the lending roadmap. Give your VP of Product access to all three and they work across all three.

Above products sits your organization. Org-wide themes, org-wide roadmaps rolling up from every product, and a view of which products carry objectives against which theme. Most tools charge enterprise rates for that. It's in the one price.

What stays local: raw feedback and research live inside their product. If you need portfolio-wide evidence search, we don't do that yet — we'll build it if enough of you need it.

Access costs nothing. Once you're paying for a product, everyone who needs it is included.

There is no limit on how many people or teams can work on that product.

Each product is also its own data boundary. Feedback, research, opportunities, roadmaps, documents, delivery work, and product evidence are not shared across products.

The only thing shared across products is your organisation’s strategic themes, allowing leadership to see how different products contribute to the same company priorities.

Example:
A banking platform with separate teams for payments, cards, and lending could still be one product if they share one vision, business model, and product context.

A consumer banking app and a separately sold merchant payments platform would normally be two products.

Why per product?

Because a product isn't a headcount. One price covers the whole product. Every person who touches it. At no extra cost. Designers, engineers, the skeptical VP, the intern who joined last week. Charging you to add your own colleagues to your own tool is a toll booth. We took it down.

Why does access matter this much?

Because product decisions don't belong to the product team alone.

The evidence may come from support. The decision may be made by product. Engineering changes the shape of it. Leadership needs to understand the bet. The outcome eventually changes what everyone believes.

If those people can't see the same chain of reasoning, it breaks.

We call the ability to keep that chain intact Product Integrity.

What about AI credits?

Every product includes enough Sage credits for a real team doing real work — we sized them from actual usage, not to sell you refills. They're a guardrail against runaway automation, not a meter we're hoping you feed. If you somehow approach the ceiling, we'll reach out and talk. We won't quietly throttle you and hope you upgrade

The only things that cost extra are the ones that cost us — every month.

The straight answers

No jokes in this part.

Does the price go up at renewal?

No. The price you start on is the price you renew on. If we ever change pricing, existing customers keep their rate — we don't do the "loyalty is a surcharge" thing.

Can the AI credit ceiling bite me mid-quarter?

In normal use, no — the allowance is sized well above typical team usage. If you're trending toward it, you'll get a heads-up with room to act. Nothing stops working without warning, and there's no surprise overage invoice.

Is there really no per-seat cost, even for big teams?

Really. A product with 5 people and a product with 500 people cost the same. The headline isn't a bait-and-switch — unlimited people is the actual model, not an intro offer.

What happens to my data if I leave?

You can export it, and we delete it on request. Your data is yours, it isn't used to train models, and leaving is never held hostage by an export paywall.

One price. One product. Everyone you work with.
